Amenities

Bella Vista with approximately 1600 sq ft of living space sits high on a hill overlooking Lake Winnisquam in Meredith, NH. Our home is only 2 years old and has been completely furnished with all brand new furnishings and linens. Our home is available for weekly rentals or Weekend Getaways.

Bella Vista has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Fully Applianced Kitchen with Cherry Cabinets and Stainless Steel Appliances. The Cherry Pub Table seats 6.

Bella Vista sleeps 6. The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed with TV, the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen-Size Bed and the 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds.

The kitchen and family room is all open so you can enjoy watching TV on the Big Screen TV while making dinner. Free Internet Access for your Lap Top Computer.

During the warmer weather, you can enjoy BBQ's out on the large deck overlooking the lake or lay back on one of the chaise lounges and soak up a tan. Or if you want to stay inside, there's no need to sweat with our Central Air Conditioning.

Then after a hard day of enjoying yourself at one of the local attractions, why not relax in the Hot Tub located on the Deck overlooking the Lake. Then dry off inside while relaxing next to the Gas Fireplace.

During the winter months, bring your snowmobiles and ride on the frozen lake.

During the Fall, enjoy the beautiful foliage that The New Hampshire Lakes Region is known for.

If you have friends with an RV, why not invite them to stay in their RV and hook up to our separate water, sewer and electric hook-ups?

Our home is Pet-Free and Smoke Free. We provide all linens, towels, utensils, etc. There is a Washer and Dryer so you don't have to bring home dirty clothes.
