Welcome to Kissimmee, the Gateway to Disney World and the home of our beautiful homes, Bella Casa and Bella Villa. Both properties, located on Oak Island Harbour at Formosa Gardens, are perhaps the closest neighborhood to the magical world of Disney - just over 3 miles. Close enough to come home for lunch & even a quick nap for the little ones before returning for the day to Disney.

 

Bella Casa Vacation Rental

Bella Casa vacation rental is comfortably furnished with one king-size bed, one queen-sized bed and two twins. With over 1900 sq ft, our three bedroom home is larger than most four bedroom homes in the area. All on one-level, the vaulted ceilings thru-out provide an open-airy feeling. The master suite comes with a new, king-size sleigh-style bed, full bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.

 


 

Bella Villa Vacation Rental

Like its sister property Bella Villa was chosen for its spaciousness and at 1900 square feet is also larger than many four bedroom rentals in Kissimmee. There are many extras at Bella Villa that you won't find elsewhere. Our furnishings are elegant and comfortable. You'll find yourself wanting to come back again and again.
